There are definitely some public school playing really well this year. I think Dunbar, River Hill, Hereford, Arundel are making their case. But Broadneck, Old Mill, Parkville, Perry Hall, Wilde Lake, Howard, and City College are also playing really well.

My Pic!
I think River Hill is the best team right now! Coach Van Deusen is building a great program there, and their running attack appears to be more explosive than ever this year! Excited to see them play some of the better teams in Ho Co and see if they still win by such a large margin! Being in 2A gives them a great shot at a State Championship, but I would of loved to see them with another shot at the tougher 3A Championship!

Looking back on things now I must say I exaggerated a little bit. But that's just life. I'm glad I didn't get season tickets :)

Coming back on my previous post I can now say I'm sure they don't have a chance. And that's just music to my ears

River Hill sound like a good pick back in September, unfortunately, the way thing went for the team I don't think they have many chances right now. And the price of tickets had nothing to do with it, although the 3A championship is becoming more and more commercial

It appears that Prince Georges' County just cant get any Props! To be the Champ, you've got to beat the Champ, and NO TEAM has done so since the first game of the 2006 Season! They've only won 25 games in a row, including the 4A State Championship with the greatest comeback in Maryland (if not the U.S.) High School Football history (see the video on this site), down 21-0 they mounted a comeback, totally dominating the second half, to win 39-38 in dramatic, overtime fashion! They may not blow teams out, they may not be fancy, but they know how to WIN!!
#1 in Maryland 4A, Suiland Rams!!

P.S. Can we get a little more press!

P.P.S. Friendly is STILL the team to be in the 3A! Undefeated on the field, until the "Great Conspiracy of 2007" effectively knocking them and others out of the Playoffs! and Please, let's not pretend that, it ONLY happens in Prince Georges!

Suitland is on a great run, and PG county football is very good, but this isn't the year for PG!! A lot of things have gone wrong, and I think Arundel will take this game! Arundel has a great passing attack, and if they beat my Bruins like that, I think they'll keep moving!!!

Well that makes two of us, I

Well that makes two of us, I plan to buy football tickets as soon as possible for the next season. This time I hope I won't get any disappointments from my team. River Hill is on the right track.

Don't underestimate the Arundel WildCats. They have already beat Broadneck who always been one of the areas best teams! Whoever comes out of the 4A region in AA County will certainly be battle tested! Broadneck and Old Mill look very strong, and Severna Park seems to be back on track!

These are all great choices,

These are all great choices, but I have to say that Hereford looks the most impressive. They add a division 1 running back totheir traditionally physical play! They have dismantled Towson and Catonsville, which were two of the better Balt. Co. teams last year, and they beat up on a PG County team! Who knows, maybe they can challenge Friendly in the 3A division!
