What If?
- Posted by Todd Thelen on March 7th, 2008
If Miami loses to Fla. St. again, this time on the 'Noles senior day and UMD beats UVA again on Sunday, there will only be five teams with winning conference records in the best men's college basketball league in the country. That should be enough to get the Terps in; if it happens.... Maryland's strength of schedule is rated 14th in the nation right now. Also, their RPI is 64. If The Ohio University and American win their respective conference tournaments then it makes the Terrapins look even better, it does.

St. Frances beats Mt. St. Joe 66-61 in the Baltimore Catholic League Final
- Posted by Todd Thelen on March 6th, 2008
Down by five at the half, the Panthers and Senior Sean Mosley knew they had to step up. They responded by outscoring the Gaels by ten in the third quarter en route to a five point win. The future Terp Mosley showed future Coach Gary Williams, who was in attendance, that he's ready. His 35 points led all scorers and he was rewarded as the tournament's MVP. This is Sean's second title. Additionally, retiring Coach William Wells notched his sixth BCL Tournament title. St. Joe's Eric Atkins paced his team with 17 points in the losing effort.
